An organization that works with special needs students is speaking out, saying their students are at a high risk of complications due to COVID-19.

Special Care spokespeople want the community to know that their students could pay a high price if they get sick with the virus.

This comes as state hospitals report they are at capacity and are sending patients out of state to receive care.
