Oklahoma National Guard Helping Ida Recovery Efforts

Nearly 30 deaths have been attributed to the Ida storm following dangerous flooding and tornadoes in the northeast.

It also forced the first ever flash flood emergency for New York City.

Along the Gulf Coast, Ida could be blamed for as much as $40 billion in damage.
