Coconut Cream Trifle

  1. 2 cups vanilla instant putting, prepared according to package instructions
  2. 2 cups refrigerated cheesecake filling
  3. 3/4 cup toasted coconut
  4. 2 cups whipped topping
  5. 1 boxed coconut cake, prepared according to package instruction


  1. To assemble the trifle, use a large clear glass salad bowl.
  2. Start with the filling the bottom of the bowl with broken pieces of cake.
  3. Now, add a layer of vanilla pudding and sprinkle with coconut.
  4. Then add another layer of cake & then a layer of cheesecake filling.
  5. Repeat the layers till you reach a 1/2 inch from the top.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped topping or fresh whipped cream.
  7. Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
  8. Cover and chill till you are ready to serve.
