Manhunt, Pursuit Suspect Taken Into Custody In Pottawatomie Co.

A pursuit and manhunt suspect was arrested in Pottawatomie County Friday, accused of running away from an officer in a stolen truck. 

According to a social media post by the Pottawatomie County Sheriff’s Office, Stephen Gustin ran from a Kickapoo Tribal officer in the reported stolen vehicle.

Authorities searched for Gustin in the area of Fishmarket and Hardesty.

Authorities did not say where Gustin was located, but at 7:30 p.m. shared to the sheriff's office Facebook page that he was in custody.

Deputies said he has active warrants out of Pottawatomie County for eluding law enforcement.
