Fried Chicken Lunch Pocket

  1. Flour tortillas
  2. 1 package breaded chicken tenders, cooked according to package instructions
  3. ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  4. Lettuce
  5. Ranch dressing
  6. Shredded carrot

 

  1. Set tortilla on a cutting board and make a cut to the center of the tortilla.
  2. Spread ranch dressing on ¼ of tortilla.
  3. Add chicken strip to another ¼, then cheese on 3rd quarter and finish with lettuce and carrots on last quarter.
  4. Fold up each ¼ on top of one another finishing with cheese on the outside.
  5. Grill in a pan to toast or seal in plastic wrap & store in freezer safe Ziploc bag for future lunches.
