The University of Oklahoma announced its move-in plans for the fall 2021 semester including plans for a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic.

The University of Oklahoma announced its move-in plans for the fall 2021 semester including plans for a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic.

Move-in hours will be 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday and Thursday.

Students and families will check in at the Lloyd Noble Center and will be directed through controlled traffic routes to be the residence halls.

University and Student Services will unload each vehicle and move every box to the student's assigned room.

As part of the move-in plan, OU Health Services at Goddard Health Center will host a walk-in COVID-19 vaccine clinic for students, faculty and staff.

The university strongly encourages the entire OU community to get vaccinated, especially students living in congregate housing.

The clinic is 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday at Couch Center Storm Shelter, 1524 Asp Avenue.

After students are moved in, students and their families are invited to attend a family farewell event. Free hot dogs, ice cream and cold beverages will be provided.

The farewell event is 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday at David A. Burr Park, 1501 Asp Avenue.
