A teen is facing complaints stemming from an incident that led to a patrol car being shot at Tuesday night.

A teen is facing complaints stemming from an incident that led to a patrol car being shot at Tuesday night.

It happened at I-240 and S. Penn when an officer saw a pickup truck and a car exchange gunfire.

The officer followed the vehicles. The patrol car was struck twice.

The driver of the pickup, 19-year-old Manuel Delgado, is facing complaints of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and use of a vehicle to facilitate intentional discharge of a firearm.

Delgado was booked into the Oklahoma County jail.

No one was injured in the incident.
