Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

1. 3 cups Oreo crumbs
2. ½ cup butter, melted
3. 1 package chocolate fudge instant pudding
4. 1 ½ cup half and half
5. 1 (8 ounce) block cream cheese
6. 1 cup smooth peanut butter
7. ½ cup powdered sugar
8. 1 container whipped topping
9. Miniature peanut butter cups & chopped peanuts

1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together the Oreo crumbs and melted butter.
2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie pan.
3. To make the chocolate pudding layer mix together the instant pudding with the half and half till smooth.
4. Pour the pudding into the pie crust and smooth to cover evenly.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.

To make the peanut butter filling:

1. Using an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and ½ of the container of whipped topping.
2. Spoon the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate pudding layer.
3. Spread evenly and then add the remaining whipped topping.
4. Spoon evenly to cover the peanut butter layer and sprinkle with mini peanut butter cups and chopped peanuts.
5. Chill till you are ready to serve.

1. Once everything is chilled, now it is time to get the berries ready.
2. Pour the sliced strawberries into a medium sized bowl.
3. Spoon the rhubarb & lemon zest into the berries and toss together.
4. Spoon the mixture over the top of the cheesecake filling.
5. Serve with a dollop with whipped cream on top.
