Silver Alert Canceled For 78-Year-Old Man

UPDATE (6:54 a.m. July 30, 2021): The Tahlequah Police Department has canceled the Silver Alert issued on Thursday for a missing Tahlequah Man.

Kent Nance, 78, has been located.

A silver alert has been issued in Tahlequah for 78-year-old Kent Nance.

Authorities said Nance was last been seen around 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon around 3679 Lexington Avenue, near Highway 62. They said he was wearing a black shirt, khaki pants and tan colored house shoes.

Officials said his vehicle is a copper 2017 Ford XPL with Oklahoma license plate CMS642.

They said Nance has Alzheimer's and other medical conditions and needs daily medication.
