Oklahoma Institute For Child Advocacy Hosting Heroes Ball In Tulsa

 This weekend the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy will honor those who make a difference in the lives of children during its Heroes Ball at the Greenwood Cultural Center in Tulsa.
