Jamie Mocrazy was at the top of her game as a professional skier - then tragedy struck.

At 22 years old, she experienced a horrific crash during a competition and suffered a traumatic brain injury. She was in a coma and paralyzed - but that’s not where her story ends.

Mocrazy joined News On 6 to explain how she turned her story of recovery into an inspirational and motivational mission.

Shining The Light on Brain Injuries will be held August 14th from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Cain’s Ballroom in Tulsa. News On 6’s Brian Dorman and Ashley Izbicki will be there as well.
