Police Arrest Armed Suspect Accused Of Staging Standoff At OKC Nail Salon Following Chase

An armed suspect is in custody after authorities surrounded a business Thursday in Oklahoma City, police said.

Police arrived on the scene of a nail salon located near Northeast 23rd Street and North Kelley Avenue.

According to the report, multiple agencies were involved in a police chase with the suspect that lasted approximately 25 minutes.

The Oklahoma City Police Department’s TAC team responded to the scene.

OCPD, the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol assisted the Midwest City Police Department with the incident.

The suspect has not yet been identified.
