A few showers early Wednesday morning in western Oklahoma. The rest of the state is quiet.

Highs on Wednesday will climb into the 90s and near 100 degrees. The gulf moisture returns Wednesday and that means the heat index will be a factor. Heat index will range from 100 to 105 on Wednesday.

Wednesday will be breezy as well, so at least in the shade, this will help cool you down some.

Wednesday night will be warm and breezy as well. Lows in the mid- and upper 70s.

Thursday will be a little hotter with a chance for evening storms in northwest Oklahoma.
