Kansas City Woman Attempts New Paddling Record Along Mississippi River

A Kansas City nurse hopes to set a new speed record by paddling the entire length of the Mississippi River.

If she becomes the fastest solo female to complete the task, she’ll earn a place in the Guinness Book of World Records.
