Tulsa Firefighters Report No Injuries After 6 People, 5 Dogs Escape House Fire

The Tulsa Fire Department says a 5-year-old appears to have started a fire near E 41st Pl North.

TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa firefighters responded to a house call they say may have been started by a child.

TPD says the fire at E 41st Pl North appears to be started by a 5-year-old who lit something on the stove and carried it into his room. Firefighters say six people inside and five dogs were inside the home at the time but everyone was able to get out and no one hurt.

The home has sustained extensive damage throughout the house.
