Road repairs are keeping construction crews busy around Tulsa and the recent freezing temperatures have caused new problems this spring.
City officials say they began noticing issues along 71st Street between Mingo and Memorial after February's winter weather. They say the potholes caused by the cold temperatures have been filled several times, but keep coming back.
Ryan McKaskle is Tulsa's field engineering manager and he says on top of repairing potholes crews are having to dig underneath the roads to make repairs to pipes and valves that were damaged by the winter weather.
