Best Buddies in Oklahoma, is a local chapter of an international organization that has a very simple concept; be a buddy.

It pairs people with and without intellectual disabilities.

Town West Route 66's Annual Cinco De Mayo Carnival Is Back

On Wednesday, Town West Route 66's annual Cinco de Mayo Carnival is back after being canceled last year due to the pandemic.

The family friendly event starts at 5 p.m. and proceeds will go to the Route 66 Historical Village.

The Tonatiuh Dance Company and the Danza Santa Cruz Dancers will perform at 7 p.m.

Wristbands for rides start at $25.
