Police Identify 1 Killed, 1 Arrested After Shooting In NW OKC

One person is dead and another was arrested after a shooting in northwest Oklahoma City.

Kyriece Deshawn Hardeman, 30, died after being shot at an apartment complex in the 7200 block of NW 122nd Street near Rockwell Avenue.

Police were called shortly before 9 p.m. Monday in reference to a shooting.

Curtis Eugene Jones III, 45, was arrested at the scene.

Jones was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on a murder complaint.

Investigators think Jones and Hardeman were arguing when the dispute escalated and led up to the shooting.
