It's hard to ask for a better Friday after the extreme weather some in the metro experienced earlier this week.
According to News 9 Meteorologist Jed Castles, morning temperatures in Oklahoma City hovered around the mid-50s while the afternoon is expected to jump to 74 degrees around 4 p.m. Friday.
An upper level low pressure system, currently churning in West Texas, is expected to make its way into Oklahoma over the weekend. The system's arrival will provide for the chance of rain for some in the metro.
Most of the metro will see a higher chance for rain Sunday.
