Police Search For 2 Men Involved In Armed Robbery At Tulsa Motel

Tulsa Police said they are searching for two men after another person was robbed inside a room at the Economy Inn and Suites near 11th and Garnett around 2 a.m. on Friday morning. Police said the victim first met the two men in downtown and was invited to return to their motel. The victim told police that when all three went into one of the rooms, the two other men pulled out guns.

Tulsa Police say they are searching for two men after an armed robbery inside of a motel room on Friday morning.

According to police, the robbery took place at the Economy Inn and Suites near 11th and Garnett around 2 a.m.

Police said the victim first met the two men in downtown and was invited to return to their motel.

The victim told police that when all three went into one of the rooms, the two other men pulled out guns.

The victim said the two men took his wallet, car keys and Toyota Prius. The victim ran to a nearby QuikTrip and flagged down an officer for help.

Police said no injuries were reported and the car is still missing.
