Oklahoma City police are looking for suspects in a deadly shooting.
According to investigators one man is dead and another is critically wounded.
Officers responded to two scenes less than half a mile apart near Northeast 36th Street and Kelley Avenue.
Police are investigating if they are related.
Two eerily similar scenes triggered a string of calls to 911.
“Just before four o’clock we started receiving multiple calls about gunshots being fired in the area,” said Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Jeff Dutton.
“I just heard some noise, and I didn’t know what was going on,” said neighbor Domingo Flores.
“He said there was caution tape all around the house and it scared me because my brother is everything to me,” said neighbor Ariana Martinez.
Martinez said her little brother had just gotten off the school bus and walked into a crime scene.
“It was kind of scary because what if my brother got off the bus right as it was happening?” said Martinez.
Her uncle told her, he heard it all unfold.
“He said he heard some gunshots, he said there was three to four the first, and three to five the second,” said Martinez.
Flores heard the commotion.
“They said some people were running and all that, but I didn't know what was going on,” said Flores.
When police arrived, they found two crime scenes.
One at the intersection of NE 36th and Kelley where a window to a suburban was shot out.
The second in a nearby neighborhood at NE 35th and Lindsay Street where the window to a minivan was also shot out.
Tire marks show where the van came to a screeching halt.
According to police, one person was shot in the back while another person was shot in the face.
Paramedics rushed both to the hospital, where one man died.
Police have not released the names of the victims.
