A man is dead after he suffered multiple injuries Saturday in an incident along the Turner Turnpike.
It happened one mile south and one mile east of Luther in Oklahoma County.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, tractor trailer driver Mario Harrison, 37, pulled over to the side of the turnpike, exited the vehicle and checked his cargo for an unknown reason.
After Harrison, a Cameron, North Carolina native, exited the vehicle, the cargo shifted and fell on him. The cargo pinned Harrison for an unknown amount of time.
He suffered head, neck, trunk internal and external injuries.
