Kingfisher County deputies seized several bags of drugs during a routine traffic stop.
According to the Kingfisher County Sheriff’s Office, a lieutenant and deputy stopped a vehicle Thursday, April 8 on Highway 51 near Hennessy, Oklahoma.
At some point during the stop, a sergeant arrived with a K9 officer and performed a free air search around the vehicle and detected the presence of drugs.
Officers found 45 vacuum sealed bags of marijuana.
The driver, from Texas, could not provide a reason for having the drugs, the department said in a Facebook post.
The driver was arrested and booked on complaints of trafficking.
