Police Searching For Shooter After 1 Woman Was Killed, 1 Man Was Injured In NW OKC

A woman is dead and a man was injured following a shooting early Saturday morning.

It happened near Northwest 50th and Classen Circle, and police are still looking for the shooter.

Oklahoma City police said they got a call of a shooting in a parking lot on Classen Circle. When officers arrived on scene, they found two people who had been shot.

"Officers located 22-year-old Kelly Lucio, who was pronounced deceased at the scene," said Oklahoma City police Sgt. Megan Morgan. "A second gunshot wound victim, identified as 44-year-old Larenzo Ramirez, was transported to a local hospital with a non-life-threatening injury."

Junior Luna works as a chef at Classen Grill and said when he got to work, he could see blood in their parking lot.

"I was trying to get my mind straight because it kind of shook me," said Luna. "Just knowing that somebody passed away right here."

Though police said it's uncertain what led up to the shooting, officers on scene believe there was some type of fight in the area. That's when the suspect opened fire. 

Luna said an officer on scene told him what happened, and he was in complete shock.

"Especially that lady who passed away and that's when he started telling me about the gentleman, and I was like, 'oh my goodness,'" Luna said.

Police said no arrests have been made so far.
