Veteran Salute: Marshall Hannah

We are saluting the men and women who served our country.

On April 5, we want to salute Army Air Corp veteran Marshall Hannah.

Marshall served in World War II.

He flew 22 successful missions before he was shot down and became a prisoner of war for nine months, until the war ended.

His nominator said he tells this story with humility and humbleness and said he was one of the lucky ones who made it home.

Marshall is now 98 years old, and we're told he is truly one of the great men of Oklahoma and a treasure to speak with.
