Oklahoma City's first transit system is in the works and the public will have a chance to weigh in on its progress.

FBI Virtual Diversity Recruitment

Oklahoma City's FBI is hosting a virtual Diversity Agent Recruitment from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday.

The event aims to encourage members to underrepresented communities, to consider becoming special agents.

A new study by the Cooper institute show student's physical activity has decreased since the start of the pandemic and obesity rates are growing.

In response, the institute has created the FitnessGram Playground, a free online site offering physical and mental health resources for teachers to use with students.

Tinker Air Force Base To Host Vaccination Clinic

Tinker Air Force Base, in partnership with the Oklahoma City-County Health Department, will host a COVID-19 vaccination pod at the base clinic between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Friday. The first dose of the Moderna vaccine will be administered to all Department of Defense I.D. card holders including military, military dependents, civilians, contractors, retirees and anyone else with base access and I.D.

Anyone aged 18 or older with base access will also be eligible.
