Jenks Public Schools Board Of Education To Discuss Repairs After Winter Storm

The Jenks Public School Board of Education will meet on Monday evening with the hopes of repairing damage from the winter storm.

Last month, broken water lines caused flooding at several buildings in the district, sending multiple grade levels home to distance learning.

The board will be discussing whether the superintendent will be allowed to solicit contracts to fix the damage to the school's HVAC systems, water lines and any other damage left behind by the storm.
