Edamame Hummus

Edamame Hummus

  1. 2 cups edamame, shelled
  2. 2 cloves garlic
  3. 1/4 cup tahini*
  4. 3 lemons, juiced
  5. 1/2 bunch cilantro
  6. 3/4 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan salt
  7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  8. 1/4 cup water
  9. 1/2 cup olive oil


  1. Put all of the ingredients in a food processor or high powered blender and pulse until smooth.
  2. Add more water and oil to help if needed and making smooth.
  3. Allow the hummus to chill covered in the refrigerator for two hours before serving.

**Add jalapeño for a kick or additional seasonings for a change in flavor
