- 1 packet açaí purée, frozen
- 2 cups of assorted berries, frozen
- 1 banana, sliced & frozen
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon raw honey
- Shredded coconut, unsweetened
- Toasted slivered almonds
- Blend the açaí purée, fruits, milk and honey till smooth yet thick.
- Pour into a bowl and top with shredded coconut and slivered almonds.
**Experiment with fruits! Secret is to “pre-freeze”your fresh fruits before blending.
