Açaí Bowl

  1. 1 packet açaí purée, frozen
  2. 2 cups of assorted berries, frozen
  3. 1 banana, sliced & frozen
  4. 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  5. 2 tablespoon raw honey
  6. Shredded coconut, unsweetened
  7. Toasted slivered almonds

  1. Blend the açaí purée, fruits, milk and honey till smooth yet thick.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with shredded coconut and slivered almonds. 

**Experiment with fruits! Secret is to “pre-freeze”your fresh fruits before blending.
