Snow on the ground and record cold temperatures have caused the University of Oklahoma to rearrange its athletics schedule this week.

The OU women's basketball game against the seventh-ranked Baylor Bears has been pushed back to Sunday afternoon. Tipoff time is set for 1 p.m. in Norman.

Oklahoma's baseball team also announced Wednesday that its three-game series against the Wichita State Shockers this weekend has been canceled. The series, announced earlier this week, was set to take place at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, Texas.

Round Rock, like much of the state of Texas, has been subject to its own batch of snow, ice, frigid temperatures and large-scale power outages this week.

At this time, OU baseball is attempting to set up games for this weekend.

These announcements have come on the heels of this week's OU-Texas men's basketball game being postponed.

An official schedule change for the second OU-Texas game has yet to be announced by the institutions and the Big 12 Conference.
