Oklahoma will see light, patchy freezing drizzle Tuesday.

Tuesday Morning Precip

The freezing drizzle will be far less than what the state saw on Monday morning. However, road conditions are still a concern as temperatures remain low and refreezing could occur.

The big story Tuesday will be the dangerously cold temperatures. Highs will likely stay in the teens and 20s on Tuesday.

Highs Tuesday

Tuesday Lows

We will have another round of freezing drizzle/rain Wednesday morning. That round has the potential to be heavier and more impactful than what the state saw on Monday morning.

Overnight Precip

After that, more light, patchy freezing drizzle is possible Thursday morning. Temperatures throughout the week will be so cold that any precipitation that falls will likely cause problems.

The current trend shows that we may see a brief break during the day Friday before a potential snowstorm barrels in late Friday into Saturday morning. This information is not locked in yet.
