Del City Firefighters Help Students Take The Polar Plunge To Raise Money

Del City Fire Department helped local high schoolers take the Polar Plunge to raise money for the Special Olympics.

Several students, teachers, and coaches took part in the unconventional plunge. Normally, participants jump into an ice-cold pool but with the drop in temps walking through the open stream of a fire hose seemed to do the trick.
