Beautiful Friday Ahead Of Strong Weekend Cold Front

After a cold crisp start to the day, Friday afternoon looks beautiful.

It will be partly cloudy Friday with highs in the 50s and a southwest breeze.

Friday night look for lows in the 30s with cloudy skies.

Saturday a strong cold front arrives. This will mean winds 35 to 45 mph out of the north. Highs will be in the 30s, 40s, and 50s.

There is a chance for light showers and a light wintry mix Saturday.

We are not expecting travel problems Saturday with ground temperatures just above freezing.

Sunday looks chilly with highs in the 30s and 40s.

There will be a chance for light freezing rain in northern Oklahoma late Sunday.

Arctic air moves in next week and will keep highs below freezing for up to seven days.
