Kansas City Pulled Pork Tailgate Sandwiches
- 1 package brioche dinner rolls, cut in half
- 2 pounds pulled pork
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- Hellman’s Roasted Garlic sauce
- 12 pickle slices
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon rib rub seasoning
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9x13 casserole pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Set the bottom of the rolls in the bottom of the pan.
- Add a generous amount of pulled pork on top of each bun and then the grated cheddar cheese.
- Smear the cut side of the bun top with horseradish sauce and then place on top of each sandwich.
- Melt butter and rib run seasoning in a small bowl in the microwave.
- Brush the tops of the buns with the seasoned butter.
- Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and allow the buns to lightly brown for 5 more minutes in the oven.
- Remove from the oven and serve warm!
