Kansas City Pulled Pork Tailgate Sandwiches

  1. 1 package brioche dinner rolls, cut in half
  2. 2 pounds pulled pork
  3. 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  4. Hellman’s Roasted Garlic sauce
  5. 12 pickle slices
  6. 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
  7. ½ teaspoon rib rub seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9x13 casserole pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Set the bottom of the rolls in the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add a generous amount of pulled pork on top of each bun and then the grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Smear the cut side of the bun top with horseradish sauce and then place on top of each sandwich.
  6. Melt butter and rib run seasoning in a small bowl in the microwave.
  7. Brush the tops of the buns with the seasoned butter.
  8. Cover and bake for 25 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and allow the buns to lightly brown for 5 more minutes in the oven.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve warm!
