OKCPS Adjusts Curbside Meal Services Effective Feb. 2

OKLAHOMA CITY -

Oklahoma City Public Schools will reduce the number of school sites where curbside meal service will be available on Tuesday through Friday.

This change is due to the remainder of the students expected to return to schools on Feb. 2.

The district said families will still be able to pick up meals at all school sites on Mondays when all OKCPS students learn from home.

Curbside meal service includes breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner for children under the age of 18 and at no additional cost.

Effective Feb. 2, curbside meal service will be available at the following school sites Tuesday through Friday:

All students who are in OKCPS buildings for in-person learning will continue to receive meals as usual. They will be served in either the classroom or socially distanced in the cafeteria.

OKCPS still needs volunteers for the curbside meal service.
