Local Author Donates 50,000 Books To OKCPS Students

Edmond author, Tom Pace is sending 50,000 free copies of his book, "Mentor: The Kid and the CEO" to Oklahoma City Public School Students, Friday.

"I wish I would've read this because I graduated high school reading at a fourth-grade level, and there was never a book that encouraged me to read," said Pace.

Students have the chance to win $5,000 if they finish the book and write an essay on their readings.
