Oklahoma Attorney General Mike Hunter is seeking more than $1.8 million from a Tulsa company accused of lying about the state’s order of PPE.

Court documents said in March, the State Health Department ordered more than two million N95 masks from “PPE Supplies, LLC.” The company is owned by Tulsa bar owner Casey Bradford.

The health department made a $2.1 million deposit on the order.

A petition filed by the AG said Bradford falsely claimed he had access to a supply of the masks in China.

In the end, the state received less than 10,000 masks and only got $300,000 back.

News On 6 reached out to Bradford but he wants to talk with his attorney before commenting.
