Overnight Fire Causes $5,000 In Damage To NW OKC Home

Firefighters responded to a house fire overnight Friday in northwest Oklahoma City.

According to authorities, the fire was near Northwest 11th Street and North McKinley Avenue.

Fire crews said the fire started in the home's fireplace and caused about $5,000 in damage.

The home was vacant at the time of the fire.
