Crockpot Nut Cups

  1. 1 (30 ounce) bag Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
  2. 3 cups peanuts, cashews or almonds
  3. Mini muffin cups


  1. Pour the chocolate wafers into the bowl of a slow cooker.
  2. Add the nuts and stir together.
  3. Heat on LOW just until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Check on the chocolate mixture often and stir till melted.
  5. Once the chocolate is melted line a mini muffin tin with muffin cups.
  6. Use a small cookie scoop to add the nut mixture to each cup.
  7. Tap the pan on the counter to release any air bubbles.
  8. Add sprinkles to decorate.
  9. Chill nut cups in refrigerator or cold garage for 20-30 minutes or until solid.
  10. Repeat until all of the chocolate nuts are dried.
  11. Store in airtight container in a cool area. (NOT REFRIGERATOR)
