Crockpot Nut Cups
- 1 (30 ounce) bag Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers
- 3 cups peanuts, cashews or almonds
- Mini muffin cups
- Pour the chocolate wafers into the bowl of a slow cooker.
- Add the nuts and stir together.
- Heat on LOW just until the chocolate has melted.
- Check on the chocolate mixture often and stir till melted.
- Once the chocolate is melted line a mini muffin tin with muffin cups.
- Use a small cookie scoop to add the nut mixture to each cup.
- Tap the pan on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- Add sprinkles to decorate.
- Chill nut cups in refrigerator or cold garage for 20-30 minutes or until solid.
- Repeat until all of the chocolate nuts are dried.
- Store in airtight container in a cool area. (NOT REFRIGERATOR)
