A woman was injured Wednesday in a road rage shooting on Interstate 35.
Authorities said the suspect shot into the victim's passenger window, striking her in the arm after she allegedly gave the middle finger.
The victim drove herself to an animal shelter located at Southeast 29th Street and South Bryant Avenue and called for help, police said.
Her injuries are not life-threatening, police said.
No additional suspect information has been released at this time.
