A woman is now facing four counts of manslaughter in the first degree after charges were filed Thursday in connection with a fatal wrong-way crash on Interstate 40 in Canadian County.

In October, Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said Ashley Louise Ricks crashed head-on into a vehicle with four passengers inside. Three of the victims died at the scene. The fourth victim, a child, later died at an El Reno hospital.
