WATCH: A Passerby Rescues Dog Stranded On Icy River

DOG RESCUE: Emergency personnel jumped into action Wednesday morning in North Dakota after a dog got stranded on a chunk of ice in a river. A passerby, who was not the dog's owner, saw the animal go into the river and called for help. Authorities said the dog had escaped its property.
