One woman is facing a murder complaint and a man is on run in connection with two separate deadly shooting in Midwest City.

MWC Police and U.S. Marshals are offering a reward for Leo Milligan's arrest. They said Milligan has a long criminal record and now he's wanted for shooting and killing his brother-in-law.

Early in November, officers received a call that said an ambulance was needed immediately at an apartment near Southeast 15th Street and South Air Depot Boulevard. When officers arrived, they said they found 36-year-old Jerome Piggie dead.

Police said Milligan confronted Piggie at his apartment after the victim and his wife got into a fight.

Officers said they believe Milligan is armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police immediately.

MWC Police said they arrested Oletah Anglin for a separate deadly shooting near Northeast 10th Street and North Midwest Boulevard.

Investigators said Leon Hamilton was found dead inside his apartment with a gunshot wound to the chest.

Officers found Anglin's cell phone near his body.

Witnesses said they heard Anglin and Hamilton arguing before shots were fired.
