Man In Custody After Overnight Pursuit In SW OKC

Police said one man is in custody after a short pursuit overnight Tuesday in southwest Oklahoma City.

According to authorities, officers tried to stop the driver for traffic charges, but he took off.

The driver stopped near Southwest 51st Street and South Blackwelder Avenue and attempted to take off on foot.
