1 Man In Custody After Pursuit, Crash On I-40

Oklahoma City police said one man is in custody after an overnight pursuit Monday that ended in a crash near Interstate 40 and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Officers said they tried to stop the suspect but he took off, causing them to use stop sticks.

The man's condition has not been released, but police said e was not seriously injured in the crash.
