Icy Weather Power Outages ‘Unheard Of’ This Early, Osage Co. Leader Says

Icy weather has caused power outages in Osage County Tuesday.

Tuesday morning, the entire city of Pawhuska was left in the dark from power outages caused by ice weighing down tree branches and power lines. Power has been restored to over half the town.
