Mendon, New York — Three National Guard members on a training flight were killed Wednesday when their helicopter crashed in a farmer's field in western New York. The craft, a UH-60 Black Hawk medical evacuation helicopter, crashed around 6:30 p.m. in Mendon, a rural town south of Rochester, officials said. The circumstances were under investigation. Work On Keystone XL Pipeline Suspended As Biden Is Expected To Revoke Permit

The Canadian company behind the Keystone XL oil pipeline said Wednesday it has suspended work on the pipeline in anticipation of incoming President Joe Biden revoking its permit. Mr. Biden's Day One plans included moving to revoke a presidential permit for the pipeline.
