Woman Dies After Crashing Into Power Pole In Caddo Co.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said a Lawton woman is dead after crashing into a power pole Tuesday afternoon near Anadarko in Caddo County.

The OHP report said Carol Cody failed to stop at a stop sign before merging onto Highway 277. Another driver hit her, sending her car into the power pole.

Cody died at the scene.

The other driver was not hurt.
