WATCH: Waves In Galveston TX Ahead Of Hurricane Delta

Hurricane Delta caused rough surf in Galveston, Texas Friday morning as the storm moved closer to the Gulf Coast. The hurricane is expected to make landfall in Louisiana later today, according to the National Hurricane Center.
